Unless you have already gone through this process, you will be asked to verify your account the next time you login to your Office 365 online account. Please follow the instructions below to help you in verifying your account with us.
1. Sign in to your Clarke Office 365 account by clicking My Mail under Quicklinks on the Clarke website. | ![]() |
2. Enter your username and then password. Your default password is the word Password (with a capital P) followed by the month and day of your birth in 4-digit format. PasswordMMDD. | ![]() |
3. Click “Next” in the “More information required” window. | ![]() |
4. Click on the option to set up your phone authentication | ![]() |
5. Enter your phone number and select either “Text me” or “Call me” | ![]() |
6. Enter the verification code that was either phoned or texted to you and click verify. | ![]() |
7. Click on the option to set up your e-mail authentication. | ![]() |
8. Enter a non-Clarke e-mail address. Click “email me” | ![]() |
9. Enter the verification code that was sent to your external e-mail address and click “verify” | |
10. Click "Finish" | ![]() |
